Tropical Storm Erika!

Our Fountaine Pajot Catamaran Saltair 3 could be in trouble this weekend if model HWRF or EURO behaves as predicted then it will walk up and over Florida casueing havo for us and many other people, and we're just weeks away from returning...

There is still lots of speculation as to what could happen to Erika and our fingers are crossed she moves out inot the Gulf and dissapates.

Looks like Florida is under the gun as Erika is forecasted to be a hurricane by the NHC. Spaghetti models seemed locked into FLA with steering currents not helping a recurve. Current satellite shows a huge blowup occurring, even though expected strengthening is to be slow the next couple days. The conditions near the Bahamas are very ripe for intensification (if Erika remains intact which right now seems likely).
